A+ Download License Agreement

1. Terms and Conditions

   (1) Definitions
       "A+ Download Software" refers to all the cgi scripts, data files
        and html templates that comprise the application called
        A+ Download.

   (2) This A+ Download Software is owned by BYTES INTERACTIVE.
       BYTES INTERACTIVE grants to the user a
       nonexclusive license to use this A+ Download Software
       solely for User's personal or business web site.
       For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited to 30 days.
       After the 30 days a registered license is required otherwise the A+
       Download Software must be removed from the web site hosting the A+ Download
       Software. The user may not commercially distribute, sublicense, resell, 
       or otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for
       any such purposes, the A+ Download software or any
       modification or derivation thereof, either
       alone or in conjunction with any other product
       or program.  Further, the user may not modify
       the A+ Download Software, other than for User's 
       personal or business web site.

   (3) For a registered release you have to pay a license fee as follows:
       Send an e-mail to support@bytesinteractive.com with your name, company name, URL and 
       e-mail address and $49.00 US to be paid either online at our web site at
       https://www.bytesinteractive.com/bytesinteractive/e-com1.htm
       or by PayPal paid to support@bytesinteractive.com.       
       
   (4) The purchaser agrees that their web site is not an adult
       web site or a web site that promotes hate against any group,
       religion or race in the opinion of the owners of Bytes Interactive.

   (5) Copyright notification shall appear on the download page
       in HTML format as follows:

   (6) This A+ Download software is provided to the user
       "as is."  Bytes Interactive makes no warranties, either
       express or implied, with respect to this A+ Download
       Software and/or associated materials provided to
       the user, including but not limited to any warranty
       of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
       or against infringement. Bytes Interactive does not warrant
       that the functions contained in the software will
       meet your requirements, or that the operation of
       the software will be uninterrupted or error-free,
       or that defects in the software will be corrected.
       Furthermore, Bytes Interactive does not warrant or make any
       representations regarding the use or the results of
       the use of the software or any documentation provided
       herewith in terms of their correctness, accuracy,
       reliability, or otherwise.  No oral or written
       information or advice given by Bytes Interactive or a Bytes Interactive
       authorized representative shall create a warranty or
       in any way increase the scope of this warranty.

   (7) Limitation of Liability -- Bytes Interactive and its licensors
       are not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever,
       including property damage, personal injury, intellectual
       property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption
       of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental
       damages, however caused, whether arising out of breach
       of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence),
       strict liability, or otherwise.

   (8) The license will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
